Quiz responses -- answers you provide when taking the Freedom Score Quiz or any other assessment on our site.
Payment information -- processed securely through ClickFunnels. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Technical data collected automatically -- your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you interact with our site. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Booking data -- when you schedule a call through Calendly, we receive your name, email, and any notes you add.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
Respond to your enquiries and messages. Deliver coaching services you have purchased. Send you quiz results and related follow-up content. Process payments for products and services. Improve our website and understand how visitors use it. Send marketing emails (only with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time). Schedule and manage coaching calls.

ScoreApp -- quiz platform used for the Freedom Score Quiz and other assessments.
ClickFunnels 2 -- sales funnels and payment processing for coaching products and services.
YouTube -- embedded video content. YouTube may set cookies when you watch a video on our site.
Calendly -- scheduling and booking for discovery calls and coaching sessions.
We only share data with these services to the extent necessary for them to provide their function. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
Contact form submissions -- retained for up to 2 years, then deleted unless there is an ongoing relationship.
Client records -- retained for 6 years after the end of the coaching relationship (in line with UK tax and legal requirements).
Marketing data -- retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Analytics data -- Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third parties (ClickFunnels).
