Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the All The Power website (allthepower.co.uk) and any services provided by All The Power Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and anyone who accesses our website or engages with our services.
Services provided
All The Power Ltd provides the following services:
One-to-one business transformation coaching -- working directly with Roy Castleman through the T.H.R.I.V.E. method.
Community membership -- access to a group of business owners going through the same process.
Content and resources -- articles, podcasts, videos, quizzes, and the book "Thinking Outside Your Brain".
Discovery calls -- free 30-minute conversations to determine fit.
Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment. It is a professional partnership designed to help you think more clearly and build a better business.
Intellectual property
All content on this website -- including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, and course materials -- is the property of All The Power Ltd or its content suppliers, and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as reading articles or watching videos) is fine.
The T.H.R.I.V.E. method, coaching frameworks, and "Thinking Outside Your Brain" concept are proprietary to All The Power Ltd.
Payment terms
Payments for coaching services, community memberships, and products are processed through ClickFunnels. All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. VAT is included where applicable.
By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions will be charged automatically at the interval specified at the time of purchase until you cancel.
We are not responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider may charge (such as currency conversion or international transaction fees).
Cancellation and refund policy
Coaching services: You may cancel your coaching engagement at any time by giving 14 days written notice to hello@allthepower.co.uk. Any sessions already paid for but not yet delivered will be refunded.
Community membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Digital products and books: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Discovery calls: These are free and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time through Calendly.
Limitation of liability
All The Power Ltd provides coaching, content, and resources in good faith. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, income levels, or outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All The Power Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Your responsibilities
When using our site and services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information. Not misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. Not share login credentials or paid content with others. Treat other community members with respect. Not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email if you are an active client).
